Real Estate Drone Photography & Video in New Mexico

New Mexico has some of the best conditions for aerial work in the country — open skies, dramatic landscapes, mountain backdrops, and properties with land worth showing. A lot of listings here have a setting that ground-level photos alone don’t fully capture.

We’re FAA Part 107 certified and shoot drone throughout New Mexico, from Albuquerque metro listings to Santa Fe properties to rural acreage statewide.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you FAA licensed to fly statewide in New Mexico?
Yes. We're Part 107 certified and handle all airspace authorization before every flight, wherever we're shooting in New Mexico. Some areas near airports or military installations have restrictions we check in advance — we flag anything that affects the shoot when you book.
When is drone coverage worth adding to a listing?
Any time the property has something that's hard to communicate from the ground: mountain views, acreage, an unusual lot shape, a distinctive setting, or outdoor living that only makes sense in context. For standard suburban listings without much land or view, it adds less. We'll give you a straight answer if you're not sure.
Can you fly in rural or remote areas of New Mexico?
Yes. We shoot statewide and handle rural properties regularly — ranch land, mountain retreats, vacant acreage, and properties well outside the major metros. Contact us for travel rates and scheduling.
Can you combine drone with photography or video in the same shoot?
Yes — that's usually the most efficient way to book it. Ground and aerial captured on the same day, delivered on the same timeline. Most of our packages include drone or offer it as a direct add-on.
